FAQ

EXCHANGES:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do offer exchanges on change of mind & wrong styles/sizes. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To send back an item for exchange, please contact us at hello@inthemeadow.com.au to discuss all options first. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
RETURNS:
Unfortunately we do not do refunds. As a small family business, we don't have the power of some of our major competitors and can only offer exchanges. But don't worry, we have plenty of great pieces you can exchange for.
Alternatively we are happy to offer a store credit. 
FAULTY ITEMS:
We are sorry about your faulty item. We will aim to solve this issue for you as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/faulty.

SHIPPING:
To return your product AFTER you have contacted one of your friendly staff, you should mail your product to: 75-77 View St Bendigo Victoria AU 3550
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER? 
Yes it is possible - please call us on (03) 5443 8400 to see if we have packed and sent your order and if we haven't, we will arrange to change it for you.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Once you're at the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the designated field, and click 'Apply Code'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post! Once your parcel has left our store (within 2 days of placing your order), it should arrive to you in approximately 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery method you chose. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia. There is certain circumstances out of our control that your parcel may take a day or two longer!
International orders will take between 1-3 weeks.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. If for some reason you don't receive this email, please contact us at hello@inthemeadow.com.au to receive your tracking number.
To track your order, please go to http://auspost.com.au/track or the website of your national postal service.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our store, they are then property of Australia Post. The Meadow is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at hello@inthemeadow.com.au
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and payment options PayPal, Afterpay and Zip Pay. We also offer the old school LAY-BUY option.
GARMENT CARE
If you are unsure of a garments care label, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If an item is made from viscose, we recommend this to be a cold hand wash or spot clean if possible. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly, we are unable to accept this back as a return.
